Returns & Refund Policy

Adore The Couture accepts returns on items within 2 weeks from date of delivery on items not marked as “FINAL SALE”.

All items marked as NEW will be considered a FINAL SALE.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees back to Adore the Couture. Please contact us for further instructions to return items.

Items returned must be in exact condition as received with all accessories included and ATC tag if applicable.

Adore the Couture is not responsible for any new wear shown on the returned item and upon inspection we reserve the right to charge a 10% restock fee if we feel the item was used and returned.

We are not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase and are unable to honor any brand warranties.

We are extremely thorough in the inspection process and any damage will be stated in the condition report.

In certain cases, we will make return exceptions on items marked “FINAL SALE” for store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
